11WEEKS cycle done... - 07-19-2008

I was using Test C/ Tren E/ D-bol

Test C 500mg per week
Tren E 250mg per week (1-8wks)
D-bol - 30-40mg a day(1-4wks)

Now I gain 35LB.

Anyways I am looking for a after cycle diet, what I mean about the after cycle is I am looking for a lean diet to follow.

I am 5'9/ 195lb, bf is around 13-14%

I will be following this plan every day

Meal 1 Carbs/Pro

GYM 40mins/ Cardio 40-45mins

Meal 2 Protein shake

Meal 3 Protein

Meal 4 - Pro.carbs

Meal 5 - Protein

Meal 6 - Protein/carbs

Before bed Casein.

your diet plan is a little vague, you need complex carbs, so they are released slowly so the body can properly use them through out your day.... and qty's... how much protein? how much carbs?

Somthing I have regularly is 200g for grilled turkey breast with 1 cup of brown rice 1 cup of veggies and some kind of tomato based sauce, I usually eat half then wait an hour or so then eat the other half... can get a little boring, so add some chilli if you're into that, just remember if you're hungry eat and if you're not, dont!

if you're planning on doing 45 mins of cardio everyday then make it low intensity, monitor your Heart rate and keep it below 130, much higher than that and you're going lose your muscle from the cycle you took.

You might still be carrying a bit of water from your cycle as well, so put some layers on when you're doing your cardio.
