Hope this helps clear things up. - 08-16-2008

For a woman, using Clenbuterol for Weight Loss, for the first time, you need to find the correct dose for yourself, in the same way a man would establish his first dose.

You do this by taking 20mcg of Clenbuterol on the first day (remember Clen comes in 20mcg and 40mcg tabs, so that’s either 1 tablet or 1/2) and then 40mcg for days 2 and 3, then 60mcg on days 4 and 5 and then 80mcg on day 6.

The reason for the slow start, is so you do not shock you body, you should also reverse the process when you come to the end of your three week Clenbuterol cycle (Do not take Clenbuterol for longer than 3 weeks, without taking a break for 3 weeks, unless you are using Ketotifen).

How do you know if 80mcg is enough, or too much?

The way to find out if your taking enough, is to take slightly too much, and then once you know what too much is, then you reduce your dose slightly and you will be on the correct dose. You know when your on just a little too much as your hands will start shaking, wait a day to see if the shaking settles down, if it does not then reduce your dose.

A general rule of thumb for Clenbuterol dose for women, 80mcg is enough for most woman and you should take no more than 120mcg a day. For a man the same also applies, 80mcg can be enough and no more than 160mcg a day for a man.

Once you know your dose, the next time you do a Clenbuterol cycle, lets say your correct dose is 80mcg, you would take 20mcg on day 1, 40 on day 2, 60 on day 3 and 80 on day 4, but don’t forget to reverse this at the end of the 3 week cycle so you finish on 20mcg on day number 21.

How to take Clenbuterol?

Clenbuterol should be taken in one dose, once a day. It should be taken in the morning about 30-60 minutes before a good cardio and/or weight/strength training session. As Clenbuterol stays in your body for nearly 24 hours, there is no point in spreading out the dosage throughout the day, also it might give you sleep trouble if taken in the evening.

Clenbuterol is not a miracle drug; if you do not exercise then the results will me pretty ordinary. Clenbuterol is meant to be taken combined with a healthy diet and lots of exercise. If you put in the effort every day for 3 weeks, at the end of the Clenbuterol 3 week cycle, your results will be fantastic.

T3 Cytomel

T3 Cytomel is much the same as Clenbuterol, in that it can only be take for 3 weeks before a 3 week break is required, and also, you MUST start with a small dose and build up EACH TIME… and also taper off the dose at the end of 3 weeks, again slowly! This is much more serious with T3, if you do not make sure to be careful with T3, you may shock your thyroid and become dependent upon the T3.

Doses should be spread out throughout the day, but do not take 6 hours before bed.
Build UP TO maximum dose of 75-100mcg, or normally just 3/4 - 1 pill a day. You will certainly need a pill splitter to split the T3 pills into smaller doses if you get 100mcg ones, and that’s what most everything is now.

There is much confusion about T3 Cytomel , because there is also a thyroid medication named T4 Synthroid.

T3 is Liothyronine Sodium, T4 is Levothyroxine Sodium.
T4 is a longer lasting drug, and the T4 breaks down and becomes T3 later on in the day.

Then there is another product, really the best on the market.
It is named Cytomix and is made by Global Anabolics.
You can see there page on Cytomix here, but the image does not load so here is the picture of Cytomix.

Cytomix is a blend of 75% T3 (60mcg) and 25% T4 (20mcg)
It gives you a great mix of T3 Cytomel and T4 Synthroid.
It means that you do not need to eat so many small doses throughout the day, you can just split the pill in half, have 1 half before workout/breakfast and then have another with lunch and your done.

Very little is said on the internet about Cytomel and WOMAN, so it looks like we will have to figure this one out for ourselves girls! I have spent about 3 hours researching specifically for anything regarding Women and the use of Cytomel. I am not a doctor, but certainly after years of research into weight loss medication, I have a good feel for what’s good information and what’s not. I see that some people are taking 2 Cytomix tablets, now that’s not 2 T3’s because it’s 120mcg of Cytomel and 40 of Synthroid. I would say that these people are MEN, and big ones at that! These guys are most likely taking steroids, and shoving massive amounts of protein and carbs into their bodies to assist in building muscle mass, but as they are most likely training for competitive weight lifting and/or body sculpting events, they use the T3 to burn off any excess fat, protein and carbohydrates that is not used up by their bodies. These guys are most likely twice or more the size of an average woman.

So 1 pill a day is enough for any woman.
Perhaps less than a whole pill will also work for you.

Consider your family history before doing a T3 cycle. If diabetes or thyroid disease runs in your family, a T3 cycle is not recommended.

Interactions Of T3

Be aware that when and how you take medication does influence its effectiveness. For example, thyroid medication should not be taken with calcium or iron. Both of these minerals bind with thyroid hormone and make it unavailable for your body’s use.

Thus, you should avoid milk products two hours before and after taking thyroid medication. There are also some medications that alter T3 levels.

Aspirin, danazol and propanolol have been shown to increase T3 levels.

Furosemide, methadone, lithium, aluminium-containing antacids, colestipol, and rifampicin have been shown to decrease T3 levels.

read this for info on clen cycles. it may help. ---> Clenbuterol FAQ

as for taking on off cycles, if you're not exposed to T3, then i opt for you using an ECA stack. run that in between the clen cycles and that should perpetually help you on your weight loss. as long as you limit your carb intake, take in enough protein, have a clean diet, do enough cardio, and have intense workouts, you'll be able to drop the weight that you're looking for. clen, ECA, and T3 only help you if you have diet and exercise in check. if you slack on those then you're throwing away your money. best of luck to you.

cycle for this can be up to 2-3 times a day, but nothing at night time because it will cause insomnia.
