Hey, as soon as it comes, I'm going to start my first round of DNP. I have a few resources on how to use it, but wanted input from people on this board.
Im 5'2, 148lbs, and 17% bf, on a super strict diet (all clean, no extras what so ever not even spices! .. just chicken, brown rice, turkey breast, steel cut oats, g.beans, spinach, eggs and asparagus.) My calories are at 1300/day

This is my first post on these forums but I felt the need to chime in here.

If you must take that poison(kidding,sorta),3 things i've learned from my experience: 1)Drink plenty of water.Especially if you do any strenuous cardio. When you think you might puke from drinking water,drink some more.

2)Do not overheat. Especially with the summer months rolling in it's detrimental that you don't overheat. Like working out in the yard,picking weeds,cutting grass,even tanning in the sun.Make sure you take breaks to cool off.

3)Have a spare set of bed sheets ready for deployment everynight. I changed mine twice a night and had to flip my mattress every other night. Sometimes I would be compelled to go and stand in a cold shower for a while. I tried sitting down and sleeping like that once but it only hurt my back.


Seriously,be careful with that stuff.

How is it working for you Bro? My girl was asking about it and I wasn't sure, it looks like some serious stuff.

Not sure if you were referring to me or not. For me it worked pretty well. A little bit better than clen. but with a whole lot more discomfort and sides.

Honestly I wouldn't ever give this stuff to anyone I cared about,especially my wife/girlfriend. It ain't no joke.

I forgot to mention probably the worst known side-effect of dnp is that it has been shown to cause permanent blindness in some users. Though I never experienced this.

where can I get DNP? I bought iDNP from 3bslabs
This stuff is fake. I put some on my hand and it washed away easily. Also have been taking it for the past 4 days but nothing happened.

Can somebody tell me where to buy the real stuff?
