First of all let me start with some general information about weight loss. I will write down some practices that need to be implemented in order to obtain good results in weight losing:
1. Practice some cardio in the morning, also on empty stomach. Do it for 20-25 min. after which you may eat.
2. Eat 5-6 times per day. It will accelerate your metabolism. Do not eat a lot of food!
3. 60% of daily calories you must receive till 13.00.
4. If you have no problems with health, especially with heart and kidneys, yuo may use caffeine and ephedra. (20 mg of ephedra and 200-250mg of caffeine 2 times per day, but don?t take more than 20 mg of ephedra and 200-250mg of caffeine per intake!!!) In any case consult your doctor!
5.Drink green tea for 2 months. And then rest for 2 months and start again.
6. Do not eat after 19.00! If you can?t asleep without eating take a cup of warm milk with honey.
7. Decrease calories taken from carbohydrates! It is very important!

No, you have to wait 2 weeks. It goes like 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Total cycle (with weeks ?on? and ?off?) should not be longer than 12 weeks and then 2 months off is REQUIRED!
After this 2 week cycle take a rest of 2 weeks and then finish the cycle with the same scheme. The second part of the cycle (after 2 weeks off) could be started from 40mcg increasing it to the needed one.

The thing that will really WORK is working out and diet and nobody impose any one to use different supplements, it is a personal choice.
