Best way to use Clen and T3 by women - 12-07-2006

Hi,
I have ordered Clenbuterol and Cytomel T3. I wanted to know the most effective way to use these for weight loss. I am a female who does a solid workout (cardio and light weights) 6 days a week. I am trying to lose about 15 pounds, whic is about 12% of my body weight. I was wondering if I should take them both for one wekk on, one week off for 8-10 weeks, or take one week clen, then one week T3, alternating for 8 - 10 weeks. Any suggestions? Thanks.

In combination with diet, cardio routine and good training program this cycle will give you better results in fat loss. Remember only that following these main rules will guarantee you success in fat loss.

Also consider the information I sent to your email address.

CLENBUTEROL/CLENBUTAPLEX should be taken for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Even if some take it for 3-4 weeks it seems that best results you will see with 2weeks on/2 weeks off cycle.

I have the same questions only that graph is not clear as to when I can take them is its together, split apart???

splting your tabs even through the day is always the best, but with t3 I dont think it matters

I'm a bit confused, I've been told that one should never use clen more than 2 weeks at a time, but according to this schedule clen is taken 4 weeks in a row. I've read that clen should be taken one week on and one week off, or two weeks on and two weeks off. Can someone please explain to me?

I think you can lose it longer than 3 weeks, although its thermogenic properties subside, eg, it dont work that well after 3 weeks - i've read that taking benalyn helps you keep taking it and helps it sustain the properties - but i've also read cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, too much contrasting info on the internet!

Very interested too - i'm male and about to go for clen+t3 and a bit of t4 cycling and would love to find a good cycle layout!

There are many theories on what is the best schedule: a two week on, two week off, or one week on, one week off. We suggest you to find out what works best for you through experiencing.

However for most of user 2 weeks on/2 off works in best way.

Before starting new cycle you must wait at least for two months.

It's so easy for newbies like me to be confused, there is so much information online. I will soon start with clen and T3 for the first time, so I'm looking for the absoulte best way to use it. But I've read that clen stops working after ca. two weeks, that's why I'm wondering about this schedule since it says clen should be used for 4 weeks. Does T3 make clen work longer, or better?

It will work well with t3 but t3 wont make it runnable for longer, you need supplements like benedryl [sorry for spelling] to keep it going but as stated on the alg website its thermogenic properties stop working after 3 weeks anyway, better off doing 2 on 2 off.

You're right lots of contradictory information about clen+t3, very hard to find what you want, in the end i consulted my friend [a personal trainer] he gave me the go ahead for the following:

My clen amount may change, depends on what i can handle at best - the t3 odd halving doesages are done to preserve my thyroid apparently - anyway, thats obviously not great for you as your clen dose will be lower :-)
