I lost a fair whack of bodyfat by doing this;
5-10 min warmup then do free weights, then jump on after to do 45 mins on a bike at a high resistance and slowly, I was also take ECA and on < 1500 calories and was training 5/7 days for nearly 2 months.
The tips above are the
core of what we should all be doing... i'm lazy and cheat though
