T3 input - 06-04-2008

3 Weeks Ago I Got Some T3 Clen Test And Some Tren.
Im 5'10'' And Was 258.5lbs My Waist Was Busting 44inches,
Now Im Up To 100 On The T3 After Starting On 25 A Day And About 700ml Test A Week. Listen That Shit Works! I Down To Exactly 246lb And My Wasit In At 38''.
I Will Say That The T3 Takes It All. I Have Definatly Lossed Muscle And It Almost Feels Like If I Dont Eat Every 2 To 3 Hours Im Going To Dissapear. It Is A Challenge To Eat So Much Protien The Fight To Keep The Muscle Is Real. The T3 Uses Everything Protien Carbs And Fat. My God You Have To Eat And Consume A Ton Of Protien. Im Tempted To Increase My Test Or Throw Some Deca Into This Mix So Dont Have Eat So Much, Just Looking At All Chicken Breast I Have To Eat Almost Pisses Me Off. When You Throw Cardio Into This Equation You Really Just Start To Melt Away, But The Loss Of Body Fat Is Pretty Ammazing! It Is Very Important To Eat More! I Mean You Must Eat, Eat , Eat. I Also Im Beginning To Feel That Taking The T3 Later In The Day Seems More Effective Than Starting In The Morning. In About Two Weeks Im Going To Ease Off The T3 An Start The Clen And The Tren And Novadex. I Just Thought This Would Be Helpful To Someone If Anybody Has Any Tips For Me Please Feel Free To Post Them. Im A Big Guy With Good Shape But I Havent Seen An "ab" In The Mirrior In 10 Years And I Saw Some Shadows And Lines In My Midsection This Week So Im Pumped As Hell. I Have Ways To Go And Trust Me These Chemicals Dont Do It All. At The End Of The Day Your Going To Have To Get Your Ass On A Treadmill Or Something, But Im Very Pleased With The T3. Hell Even If Was A Placebo Effect Im Still Getting Cut By The Week So Im Freggin Hyped!
I Know Its Not Placebo, I Have Lossed Weight Before But I Haven Lossed Body Fat Like This Before. My Body Composition Is Changing To Lean And I Can Only Attribute That To The T3, If Your Not A Beginner And You Have The Discipline To Follow The Program You Will Be Pleased With

Hey Great information and updates on your progress! I`m very interested to know what your routines like while on this??! Whats the diet like?? As well as your training schedule throughout the week?? How much cardio are you adding in with this?

I DONT USAULLY DO MUCH CARDIO YEAR ROUND. I CAME FROM THE SCHOOL OF "DONT RUN UNLESS SOMEBODY YELLS BOMB" SO I THINK YOU GET THE POINT CARDIO AS NEVER BEEN A FAVORITE OF MINE. WHILE USING T3 I HAVE BEEN DOING CARDIO 3 TIMES A WEEK IN THE MORNING ON A EMPTY STOMACH( I WILL TAKE SOME BCAA'S, GLUTIMINE, SOME EXTRA LUECINE, AND BLACK COFFEE OR A CAFFINE PILL), I WILL BEE STEPPING UP THE CARDIO A BIT MORE NOW CAUSE IM GETTING A LITTLE EXCITED ABOUT SEEING THESE LINES APPEAR IN MY ABS AND LOWER BACK. BUT I WILL NOT BE DOING ANYTHING MORE THAN 40 MIN AT A TIME. TWICE A WEEK I DO INTERVALS OF RUNNING AND WALKING ON A TREADMILL AND I PROMISE I DONT RUN AT MORE THAN 5.5 MPH FOR MORE THAN 1-1.5 MINUTES I DO THIS EVERY 5 -10MINUTES. THE OTHER DAY I GO GO FOR A 1.8 MILE WALK WITH MY GIRL EARLY IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AFTER HAVING A CUP OF BLACK COFFEE. ( IM VERY SENSATIVE TO CAFFINE, EPHEDRA, ETC) SO I SWEAT LIKE A ROASTED PIG EVEN WHILE WALKING WITH HER AT A STEADY STRIDE.
WORKOUTS GO LIKE THIS MON LEGS : SQUATS, LEG PRESS, ETC/ TUES: CARDIO/ WEDS: BACK & SHOULDERS/ THURS: CARDIO/ FRI: CHEST/ SAT: ARMS-CARDIO/ SUN: OFF
AS FAR AS MY DIET GOES IT CONSIST OF CHICKEN BREAST, TUNA, SALMON, BROCCOLI, BROWN RICE, AND CORN. THATS BASICALLY IT. I THROW IN WHATEVER ELSE I WANT WHEN I GET SICK OF THAT CRAP. FROSTED FLAKES, CHEESE ITS
AND THE TINY MINI SNICKERS, ARE MY TREATS. I DONT DRINK SODA AND I DONT DRINK JUICE EXCEPT FOR CRANBERRY. IF I DO GET SLOPPY IT IS USAULLY AROUND SUNDAY OR MONDAY CAUSE ITS ON OR AROUND LEGDAY AND THE WEEK IS IN FRONT OF ME SO I THINK TIME FOR CHEATING IS THEN AS THE WEEK WINDS DOWN TO JUST ARMS AND CARDIO I TEND TO EAT VERY CLEAN AND MOST OF MY MEALS ARE HALF PROTIEN(50-65 GRAMS) FOR REBUILDING, AND I LIKE BEING BACKWARDS AND STAY CLEAN ON THE WEEKENDS WHEN EVERYBODY WANTS TO PARTY AND CHEAT AT LEAST UNTIL I GET THE WAY I WANT THEN IM SURE BY JULY I WILL BE AT EVERY BAR OPEN ON THE WEEKEND. WHEN THE TEMP GET HOTTTER OUTSIDE I TEND TO EAT MORE SALADS AND DELI MEATS THAT ARENT TO FATTY LIKE SLICED TURKEY, I EVEN MESS WITH TOFU, AND I DRINK MORE PROTIEN SHAKE, I JUST HATE EATING VERY HEAVY DURING THE SUMMER TIME . I TRY TO DRINK AT LEAST A GALLON OF WATER, AND THE ONLY SUPPLEMENTS I TAKE ARE A MULTI VITAMIN, A MUTLI MINERAL (I ONLY TAKE ON LEG DAY), LEUKIC, GNC BCAA, GLUTIMINE, CoQ10, AND MILK THISTLE. I CAN SAY THIS MY FRIEND THE T3 USES EVERYTHING YOU GOT SO BE PREPARED TO EAT AND BE PREPARED TO REACH FOR ALMOST 2GRAMS OF PROTIEN FOR EVERYPOUND YOU WEIGH, AND LET ME TELL YOU GETTING HUNDREDS OF GRAMS OF GOOD PROTIEN IN YOUR BODY EVERYDAY CAN BE A CHALLENGE!

Pin, if you are doing T-3 you have to stack it with Clen or it will it away muscle. Never do T3 without Clen. You should not have ramped up so quick on the T-3. !00 in three weeks is way to fast. you can stay on Clen and T-3 much longer. Stay on it for as long as you are dieting. Even if its 16 weeks. Go up slowly on both. Raise one- one week then the other the next week. Clen will keep working over a long period of time just not as well as it did in the being. To clear out the recepters you have to be off for 6-8 weeks. So two on two of is not doing any good.

Thanks Gold , You Always Know When Your Not Getting Something Quite Right. I Never Used T3 Or Clen Before , But I Did Research It For Months Before I Tried, I Actually Have The Dosage Recommendation Of The Trainwiser Sight, But I Went By One Another Sight Not Because I Had More Faith, But Because I Never Used These Chemicals Before And That Protocol Seemed More Conservative, In Respect To The Warnings I Have Recieved About Usings T3 From The Amount Of Time You Use Stand Point. So I Thought 6weeks On T3 And 6 On Clen Would Do It. I Didnt Know I Could Stay On T3 So Long I Read 6weeks So That Why I Phased Up So Fast According To The Info I Got. Every 3 Days To Raise My Does By 25 And The Lower It The Same Way. My Reasearch Did Tell Me To Use Clen At The Same Time But I Thought I Would Do One After Then Other Because I Was Also Under The Imprestion That The Clen Would Stop Working Alltogether After 5 0r 6 Weeks And Then I Could Start The T3 Again. I Also Felt That Because The Clen Open The Airways It Would Counter Any Airway Restriction That Can Happen As A Side Of Doing Tren. That Was My Logic Based On The Info Moration I Had At The Time. I Appreciate The Information You Are Giving Me. Tell Me More. I Thought I Was Going To Go Crazy Trying To Keep Up With The Burn Off From The T3 Cause Its Seems To Prefer The Protien To Metabolize Before Fat, I Felt Like I Was Going To Vanish If I Didnt Eat Something Every Few Hours Its An Odd Feeling. However Once I Ate It Felt Like I Was Starting To Swell Up With A Pump Especially If The Meal Was About 60 -70% Carbs. And If I Ate Before A Work Out It Was Like Taking Some Kind Of Ramping Up Supplement, Crazy Energy. After Workout I Would Eat Just A Little Chocolate ( A Few Hersheys Kisses) Or A Little Ice Cream( A Few Spoonfulls Of Plain Vanilla) Just To Try To Release A Little More Insulin And Then Take In 50 Grams Of Whey I Would Stay Swollen For Hours Like I Just Put The Weight Down On My Last Rep Last Set. This Never Happen Before Until I Used T3 I Love The Change In Body Composition But Damn I Must Eat Regularly There Is No Waiting Till I Get Home Or Anywhere Else When The Time Comes I Eat And Damn Did I Have To Take In More Protien. 200- 300 Grams A Day Is Not Enough!! I Still Like The Result I Just Need More Info On How To Optimize The Chemicals Bro.
So Should I Now Stay At This Dose Of T3 And Start The Clen In The Morning?

its actually best to have some form of test when you are running T3 - clen is only slightly anabolic and will not stop T3 from using protein as a fuel source....

THANKS JAM I AS I WROTE EARLIER IM USING ABOUT 700ML OF TEST A WEEK NOW, WHILE I MAY SOUND A LITTLE DRAMATIC ABOUT THE T3 THERE IS A NOTICABLE EFFORT BY THIS STUFF TO USE MY BODYS PROTIEN, WHILE THE TEST KEEPS MY BODY IN POSITIVE NITROGEN STATE I STILL DEFINATLY FEEL THE NEED TO KEEP THE PROTIEN COMING, SO I NEED INFORMATION ON HOW TO TWEEK THIS STUFF A LITTLE BETTER. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH INCREASING MY TEST EVERY WEEK IF THATS WHAT I NEED TO DO, ALL IN NEED IS AN EXCUSE AND SECOND PART TIME JOB AND I WILL RAISE THE MLs BRO! OR MAYBE I NEED TO STOP DOING ANY CARDIO, DO I LOWER MY DOSAGE OF T3 OR DO A START WITH MY CLEN AS GOLD SUGGESTED. ALSO I
WHILE MY RESEARCH GAVE ME INFORMATION THE CLEN HELPED IN SOME WAYS TO BUILD MUSCLE I WAS NOT AWARE THAT IT WAS THAT ANABOLIC OR EVEN ANTICATABOLIC. ANY INPUT WILL HELP BRO BUT AS FAR TEST IS CONCERNED, IM ALREADY TAKING A PROP, CYP, SUS BLEND. I STACK TEST WITH EVERYTHING EVERYTHING I TAKE. HELL I STACK IT WITH WATER!

I think people really do not look into T3 enough and do not realize how taxing it is on your body.
T3 makes everything work harder so more fuel is needed to keep up with this extra work rate.. you can only limit the use of protein as a fuel source while using T3 by using AAS and/or upping your protein intake...you will use some muscle/protein as fuel to "feed" the increased ATP activity..

The combination that I have found that will limit the use of protein as a fuel source while using T3 is GH, Slin and AAS (test mainly)

Thanks Jam I Will Definatly Increase My Test And Start The Clen Tommorow And Throw Down Some More Protien Shakes. Gold Wrote That I Was At To High A Dose Already For T3(100 Per Day) Week 3, He Also Wrote That I Can Use T3 Three For As Long As 4 Months Straight, I Just Want To Be Clear. Do I Decrease My T3 And And Extend Past Six Weeks, Stay At The Dosage And Extend Or How Long Can I Take This Stuuf Before I Have To Come Off With Out Doing Permanent Damage. Should I Throw Some Deca Into This? I Do Like The Lean Body Composition Im Getting, But I Dont Want To Look Like A Fitness Model, I Want To Stay Big.

Pin- here you go. Follow this and you will be very happy. It will produce great results. Just keep your diet perfect and do cardio 7days a week. Also ramp up your cardio every two weeks also. You have to keep increasing cardio, clen and t-3. thsi way your body keeps getting results.
1. 250mg testosterone cypionate every other day
3. Equipoise (Boldenone) or deca 200mg every other day
4. Clenbuterol: 20mcg 2x per day (taken separately). Increase by 20mcg
per day every 2 weeks (do not take more than 120mcg per day)
5. Cytomel: 25mcg per day. Increase by 12.5mcg per day every 2 weeks.
6. GH: 3IU taken every morning (before breakfast)
7. 1mg Arimidex
START AT 8 WEEKS OUT:
1. 250mg Sustanon (or Test Cypionate or enanthate) every other day (EOD)
2. Trenbolone (75mg every other day). Take every day for last 14 days.
3. Winstrol (50mg every other day) Take every day for last 14 days.
4. Continue CLENBUTEROL, GH, and CYTOMEL
5. 1mg (1 pill) Arimidex or Femara EOD (every day the last 4 weeks)

Follow this and in 16 weeks you won't even look like the same person.
