please help - 01-30-2008

Some info on me...I'm Canadian... I'm 35, 5'11' -300lbs...340 when i started dieting .. going good so far... diet is great... workouts are fatastic.. eating really clean.. i have GOALS and I want to reach them...and its like I hit a plateau.. harder and harder to keep loosing the weight... I would like to be about 250-270 depending on how well "it" goes... I am a "solid" build (happy with my muscle size) but want to loose the belly... i have the classic truck excess weight... I would be/am new to this kind of supplimentation so I supposed gettin the exact products would/might be more difficult... but in anycase... Please let me know what would be good... as my knowledge isnt "great" for this stuff... I've tried E.C.A. stack couple years ago and the side effects of the ephedrine were the classics... but the racing heart made me cautious and was uncomfortable...

So I guess what I'm asking is, well I hope you guys can help, try make me some different stacks to help me, It seems everyone hear is very knowledgeable and I appreciate any info/advice.

you dont need any AAS right now...you need to keep your diet in ck & lose the bodyfat that you have...AAS is not a "miracle pill" like everyone seems to think...it takes extremely hard work to reach your goals & there are no shortcuts!

get your bodyfat down to around 15-18% or so & then you could think about using AAS...

one other thing, do your own research & come up with your own cycle(s) & PCT & then post them up & everyone here will be more than willing to critic what you have come up with & help you out...if you have questions along the way, then make threads & ask away...

The biggest effect will be the diet alone. An ECA stack, clen, etc will help, but won't do much if your diet isn't in check. Eating clean is a big step in the right direction, make sure you lower your calories, not drastically, but gradually every week. Increase the cardio, but stick with the weight training as well. Your miracle pill is Calories in vs. Calories out, eating at least 6 times a day consistently to boost your metabolism, and watching carb intake, and staying away from a lot of those sugars. If you stick with this, you will get faster and more permanent results, then any of this other stuff can offer.

Also, this is why the latest and greatest supplements, especially the fat burning supplements don't yield results, or permanent results that people expect. Supplements aid and help in your quest, but your quest of losing 50 pounds is focusing on the basics.
