The biggest effect will be the diet alone. An ECA stack, clen, etc will help, but won't do much if your diet isn't in check. Eating clean is a big step in the right direction, make sure you lower your calories, not drastically, but gradually every week. Increase the cardio, but stick with the weight training as well. Your miracle pill is Calories in vs. Calories out, eating at least 6 times a day consistently to boost your metabolism, and watching carb intake, and staying away from a lot of those sugars. If you stick with this, you will get faster and more permanent results, then any of this other stuff can offer.
Also, this is why the latest and greatest supplements, especially the fat burning supplements don't yield results, or permanent results that people expect. Supplements aid and help in your quest, but your quest of losing 50 pounds is focusing on the basics.
