Looking for cutting supplements - 06-05-2008

I am looking to get back into shape. I have been lifting for many years. I have the size, I need to rip it up and rebuild my endurance. I am hoping I can get some advice on the correct supplements to achieve this. I have only done two cycles in my life, ten to fifteen years ago, and at that time I was going for size and strength.

I am at 175 with 20% body fat, I want to get to 155 with 5-8% body fat. My routine is cardio in the morning, Weight training - less weight more sets/reps at lunch time, and daily situps/crunches and push-ups in the evening. I have reduced my caloric intake considerably - as I have been chowing - I have a bananna and a vitamin in the morning, eat a palm full of a variety of meats and vegetables every few hours throughout the day, and have whatever is for dinner, but a reduced amunt. I am losing weight and I am down in body fat, but my energy is lacking considerably, which is hurting my workouts.

I would like to continue my current routine but add a suplement or two and up my caloric intake in order to compinsate for the lack of energy. What one, or two supplements would be best to achieve the cutting, while perhaps even increasing strength?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

how old are you ?

The reason you have no energy is because you are not eating enough of the right foods. Just because you want to drop your BF does not mean you should eat like a sparrow...

By eat as little as you are you will probably find you are losing muscle as well as fat. Your body finds it alot easier to burn protein/muscle for energy than it does to use the fat stores if the food/nutrition has not got the right balance
