I Keep Getting Conflicting Advice About How Long I Can Stay On T3, I Get 16 Weeks . I Get No More Than 6. The People That Tell Me 6 Weeks Seem Damn Serious About It. I Love The Stuff But I Dont Want Any Problems. This Is My First Time Using T3. Im On My 6th Week Now, And Even Though I Made Some Misteps With Dosage And Taking Some Of My Tabs With Food Or Within Minutes Of Eating, Im Still Very Pleased With The Results. My Question Is Should I Shut It Down And Start Over In A Couple Of Months Or Can I Continue On With The T3 For Another 4weeks While Im Still Dieting. I Just Need More Feed Back On When To Shut It Down. Before I Create Any Permanant Thyroid Issues.

Dont go overboard with this stuff...its nothing to play with. It can really hurt you if your not careful

Hey bros I read that if you eat 1 hour before or after taking T-3 your body will stop the absorption of the compound. Does this hold any truth?

it is good to take your T-3 on an empty stomach and wait a min of 1 hour or more, I used to take it and go back to sleep lol

T3 should be taken on an empty stomach - you should not eat until 1 hour after you have taken your T3...... also T3 should not be taken unless 2 hours have passed since your last meal when taking it during the day/evening
