Kick the fat out of your body. - 07-11-2008

Ok this is for a person who can handle it if not i suggest going at half of what i will recomend.
Beggining.
260pounds fat, muslce very little. I was really overweight not HAPPY.
My waist line was size 40.
My height only 5'8.
Age 19

After 6 week diet.
45 pound fat loss. 225. Pounds Alot of my muscle was showing up which motivated me. My strectch marks went away like they were never around. Also after the 5th day i didnt get hunger pains and my body was feeling great. My waisteline went down to a size 32 which is alot of stomach fat gone.

So how did i solve the problem.. In 6 weeks.

My food intake was an apple any time i wanted it 2 4 6 it dont matter. Salad with no dressings. And i only had water to drink not flavored, but im sure thats ok. I say keep it clean. And for dinner i would have a small can of soup around 200 calories a can.

Run or walk a 1000 calories off in a day 7 days a week or 6 with a day rest . If you cant handle that do half.

My exercise was getting up in the morning around 7am usually and i ran 500 calories off which is an hour of walking at a good paiste or Running it off with in a half hour. Its your choice but i suggest doing both. Then i would around lunch time run another 250 calories off. And then again around dinner time i would run 250 calories off. So it was a total of 1000 Calories and i noticed in only a few days time the fat melting off of me. Combined the apples really help you stick to the diet plus, the salad when you are hungry fills you up, you wont feel hungry and you wont be starving your body. If you feel you need to cheat a little go ahead because you are burning off aton of weight. No sugers, No sodas, No bread, just pure food and the soup for dinner should satisfy you at night.

This is a really quick pick up for your body and after 5 or 6 weeks i suggest getting of it for atleast 2 weeks to let your metabolism adjust and its a guareentee this will work. If this doesnt work its because you are not doing somthing right. Work hard even though it aint hard and you will be happy. Just think in only 6 weeks you will drop alot of weight and look so much better. If you need to talk pm me.

hey bro, u know what i am proud of you, and u should sure as hell feel proud of yourself for that accomplishment...it is a hard milestone to reach, but it seems u put alot of hard work, of clean diets, and vigorous cardio into your diet, probably not the healthiest of diet, but its a decent one to start off on...i know i usually jump up in weight and fat when i bulk up and then have to pack on 5-7 pounds of muscle, and then strip down bodyfat of 20-25 pounds, so it is hard...but all in all you should have a good over-all feeling about yourself...good job man!!!

Hey thanks alot guys.

Yea i think anyone who really want to loose weight, could do this. Yea you get those urges to eat but once you eat that meal for dinner it takes it all away and in a few hours your in bed sleeiping not thinking about eating.

I feel anyone could do it as long as they put their mind to it. Dont need all those diet pills, some do help but most are just taking your cash away.


The next time i use this diet i will be making peanut butter protein ball cookies lol. I need to figure out a good recipe for it but i feel when i get those urges for somthing tasty, those will be a nice treat to turn to.

Hi all,


If you don't like what your mirror show you or not satisfied with your body then you can change yourself by doing the right exercise and taking the right food that can make your body in the way you would like to see in the mirror. You can kick the fat out of your body by doing work-outs.
