How I lost weight, you too - 05-15-2008

I've recently lost 168lbs. in the past year, from 429 down to 261. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I've just been doing some hardcore dieting and very little exercise. I'm still losing, but I'm worried about having excess skin hanging if I lose much more. I'm lifting weights, but what do I need to do to tighten those loose skin areas such as the belly, the chest, the lovehandles and the arms? I'll post a current pic so you guys can see where I'm at.

Try to write ur diet, maybe u're wrong something. But if it's local fat, that'll be hard, and u should try with some lipolitic cream as yohimburn or some injecting clen as helios.

i hate to tell you this bro, but there's nothing diet or exercise can do about the loose skin, you have to get surgery...

First off......Congratulations Bro that is a great achievement you should be very proud of yourself and I commend you, unfortunately I believe Getswole is correct in his post, there is a procedure that removes the excess skin by surgery, check and see if your insurance wont help ya out there......and once again CONGRATULATIONS
