Help getting back in shape - 10-15-2007

I am almost 40 and need to lose about the same! I am coming off a ~10 year layoff. Doing eliptical every morning and starting back with basic compund movements 3 days a week. lowering my carb intake (not drastic) and eating more often and taking multi-vitamins.

I'm a bit overwhelmed at the complexity of some of the advice I see. I don't think I have the drive at this point in my life to follow to this level, and probably don't have that level of expectation either.

If I were to ask for the single most desired aid to my goal, from reading here, it would appear to be clen, right? Can I stop there without delving much deeper into the nutritional and adjunct void (at least for now). Is it worth adding this? What could be gained (saved) by also using a mild oral anabolic to preserve muscle?

Thanks!

Seem to have lost 8-10 pounds so far. Feeling great after the first 3 weeks in the gym in 10-12 years. I am amazed how fast my strength came back and the lack of soreness.

Been looking at a lot of comments on zoloft weight gain sides....have been on a 50mg dose for about a year. Can easily live without it. Curious if it has exacerbated my weight issue...
