CLenbuterol??? Advice - 11-16-2007

I am going to do my Clenbuterol/t3 stack cycle for three weeks on and three weeks off next month. (My first cycle). My question is, will clenbuterol/t3 stack give me enough energy like ECA stack? If not, Can I take 200 mg of caffeine before work out? Is it recommended?

Clenbuterol / T3 Stack
3 weeks on 3 weeks off cycle

Day 1 Clen 40 mcg / T3 25 mcg
Day 2 Clen 40 mcg / T3 25 mcg
Day 3 Clen 40 mcg / T3 25 mcg
Day 4 Clen 60 mcg / T3 50 mcg
Day 5 Clen 60 mcg / T3 50 mcg
Day 6 Clen 60 mcg / T3 50 mcg
Day 7 Clen 80 mcg / T3 75 mcg
Day 8 Clen 80 mcg / T3 75 mcg
Day 9 Clen 100 mcg / T3 75 mcg
Day 10 Clen 100 mcg / T3 100 mcg
Day 11 Clen 100 mcg / T3 100 mcg
Day 12 Clen 120 mcg / T3 100 mcg
Day 13 Clen 120 mcg / T3 75 mcg

I am going to do my first 3 weeks on 3 weeks off clen/t3 cycle so how are the results compare to ECA stack? I know Clen lasts 36 hours and ephedrine does for only 6 hours, but I just want to know from your own experience. The reason for asking this question because some people says ECA is better some people don't.

if your running 3wks on 1wk off then you do not need to taper your doses, you taper up first time around and pretty much get straight back on the dose you finished on the first time around....doses are normaly determined by side effects and body mass......clen becomes ineffective very quickly in your system so keepig the dose up there is the best way,
i prefer 4wks on 1wk off......on a combo of ephedrine and clen, 2wks on one, and then 2wks on the other, and run for 8wks take a week off and run out till wk 12 then take a month out and start again....


never tried t3 or t4, you best ensure your doses are correct, you can fuk your thyroid perminantly with one dodgey cycle.....

Need some recommendation please - 11-18-2007

I am actually running 3 weeks on, clen/t3 stack, then 3 weeks ECA a stack, I am going to do the cycle on and off for 12 weeks. This is my first clen and t3 stack though. I do not want to run longer period of time because I know, I will feel jittery after couple weeks. I have not taken any clen before, so I am going to taper up slowly, the pills I am getting is 40 mcg clen and 25 mcg t3 each. So what do you think of my 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off cycle?

My status is 5,11 200 pounds, trying to loose about 10% body fat. I do not know what my BF% is, I would say about 17-18% with little gut. I am trying to loose about 20 to 25 pounds, also my diet is very clean.

1. Does clen give you eneregy when it is taken before work out comparing to ECA? If not can I take some caffeine pills? Some one answer this question please.

My diet


9:30 - Wake, 32G Whey Protein (ECA stack or Clen/t3 stack)

9:55 - 2 Capsules BCAA

10:00 – 1 HR Walk

11:15 - 1 Cup Oats, 1 Scoop Muscle Milk (1 Multi Vitamin, 1 Fishoil, 1 Taurine)

1:00 – ECA stack or Clen/t3 Stack)

1:30 – Workout

3:45 – Egg whites or (equivalent Protein Meal), Veggies

6:00 –Cans of Tuna (1 multi Vitamin, 1 Fishoil 1 Taurine) If at school Veggies and water

7:00 – 2 Capsules BCAA + If at school drink water

9:00 - 32g of Whey

11:00 – Carrots or Salads, Meat or Brown Rice

1:00 - ( 1 multi Vitamin, 1 Fishoil, 1 Taurine)

2:00 AM - Bedtime

clen give me tons of energy before my workouts brother!!! IMO it give you way more energy tn ECA!!! It is one of my favorite enegry stimulant!!! I usually run clen at a 100mcg daily for 2 weeks on and one week off and i throw in about 400-600 mg of caffiene on top of that but i have a very high tollerance for stilulant such a clen and ephedra bro!!! I would exsperiment with it a little bit and find out what your tollerance is brother!!! keep us posted on the results that you get bro!!!! good luck!!!!!!
