9:30 - Wake, 32G Whey Protein (ECA stack or Clen/t3 stack)
9:55 - 2 Capsules BCAA
10:00 – 1 HR Walk
11:15 - 1 Cup Oats, 1 Scoop Muscle Milk (1 Multi Vitamin, 1 Fishoil, 1 Taurine)
1:00 – ECA stack or Clen/t3 Stack)
1:30 – Workout
3:45 – Egg whites or (equivalent Protein Meal), Veggies
6:00 –Cans of Tuna (1 multi Vitamin, 1 Fishoil 1 Taurine) If at school Veggies and water
7:00 – 2 Capsules BCAA + If at school drink water
9:00 - 32g of Whey
11:00 – Carrots or Salads, Meat or Brown Rice
1:00 - ( 1 multi Vitamin, 1 Fishoil, 1 Taurine)
2:00 AM - Bedtime

clen give me tons of energy before my workouts brother!!! IMO it give you way more energy tn ECA!!! It is one of my favorite enegry stimulant!!! I usually run clen at a 100mcg daily for 2 weeks on and one week off and i throw in about 400-600 mg of caffiene on top of that but i have a very high tollerance for stilulant such a clen and ephedra bro!!! I would exsperiment with it a little bit and find out what your tollerance is brother!!! keep us posted on the results that you get bro!!!! good luck!!!!!!
