Clen, T3 & T4 - 11-27-2007

Hello guys,

I have read through the forum (and a few others) and i'm a little worried about how to cycle this combo.

Trainwiser has posted that i should take t3, taper up then add the clen- however, where and how do i add the t4?

Ideally I want to be doing it as long as possible to get the best from t3 and t4 but i understand i cant pass 5 weeks on either, i should also be aiming for less than 3 weeks on clen and cycling.

I have honestly researched and come to a bit of a dead end, i dont want to bone my thyroid and as i'm not allowed to play rugby because my wrist i may as well lose my size now because i cant train with heavy weights, my wrist just cant handle it.

3 weeks clen+t3 stack, and the rest 2 weeks ECA+t3 stack then stop t3 for while. Do some more research before you try that. T3 and T4 will eat your muscles. So be careful. I am starting my first CLEN + T3 stack on December 1st. I am going to do 3 weeks on 3 weeks off then repeat it again for 12 weeks.

Week 1 - 3 = Clen +T3 Stack
Week 3 - 6 = ECA Stack
Week 6 - 9 = Clen + T3 Stack
Week 9 -12 = ECA Stack

This is how I am gonna do it and I am going to post my results on the Losing weight Sub Forum.

Clenbuterol / T3 Stack
3 weeks on 3 weeks off cycle

Day 1 Clen 40 mcg / T3 25 mcg
Day 2 Clen 40 mcg / T3 25 mcg

When You run Clen, you also need Taurine, Benadryl or Ketotifen, Tylenol Extra Strength to maintain the side effects.

Hey, a couple of things:

T3 is supposedly bad for you if you continue the useage over 5 weeks, your body becomes dependant on it - therefore, you cant really taper up and down every 3 weeks and have a break from it because your thyroid wont know whats going on - or at least that's my gaining of understanding from information found on the internet, secondly, tapering up to find your max clen intake is fine but there is no need to taper down - once youve found your max amount that should be your standard throughout, eg, i'm ok with 100mcg i will use that as the basis of the rest of my cycle.

I've developed my 6 week beast (clen: 2 on 2 off, t3 5 weeks on & no AAS), i understand about my muscle being eaten by t3, i am going to do a protein shake before my morning cardio and one after, hopefully that'll save some muscle. Here is my plan, the 100mcg will be tested, if i cant handle it i'll drop to 80, similarly if i can and dont feel bad i'll up it more - rather than taper from a very low doseage. As I understand it's finding your limit NOT introducing your body to it and it seems like i'd be wasting 4 days!

Here it is, i didn't use ECA in off weeks because i found lipo 6 makes me sweat more than when i was on ECA (xenadrine back in the day) and they suggest ECA as it increases t3 production... i am already taking t3 so thats not an issue. Also, very purposely i ensured lipo 6 was used on my highest point of T3 as a) blood pressure will be high and b) for me, it's too much risk - although it could be argued i'm missing the best bit of the cycle...

That's my proposed cycle broken down into weeks, of course the clen doseage may vary - i'll see what my max comfortable intake is.

Sourced from muscletalk, author Wrongun - i'm inclined to do this as the T3 bit as it does make sense towards the end to ease down the doseage to avoid the thyroid spazzing out.

I still maintain you do not need to taper the clen based on feedback, but if it works it works and i guess every person is different.

Well, was disapointed, i kept to 40mins cardio a day and fairly high calorie intake to ensure my muscles didnt all disapear i lost around 14lbs with muscle, mainly off my arms and legs. 23rd Dec i started to do a very low carb diet, ignoring calorie and protein intake using cable machines solely and 20 mins cardio and i've lost 8lbs up to now!

I think i had my expectations a little too high! Starting Winnie & Clen as soon as it turns up, i think this will probably end up a little more beneficial than the t3 was if i stick to this low carb diet.

Nothing wrong with the T3 or Clen, it was more my expectations and kidding myself a little! By march i should be super lean

clen / t3 is definitely over rated, i like ECA lot better
