The before picture did't come out.The reason i started the body for life is day 7 is the re feed day.After 3 days of intense weight training and 3 days of cardio and 6 days of eating right.Day #7 is yours to rest and eat what ever you want big mac's, pizza you get the picture.If you put the effort on this program you can"t fail.You lose Fat and put on Muscle.
