    Chill out Ironworks. Just trying to help a bro out. If you can't handle constructive criticism then maybe you are in the wrong place. I'll say it again - Title Case is annoying to read. You'll find less helpful replies to your questions when it's annoying to read(I didn't say I didn't comprehend it).

    Hey Iron take it as a compliment if they are accusing you of taking gear when you were a natty, thats what i do. I haven't started yet and everyone thinks I'm on a cycle, been that way for the last 6 years ever since I was in highschool I've been getting flack for that from strangers and friends. Ish is a annoying but motivating, think about it, your not on but you look like it, something HAS be going right with your diet/workout haha

    It's an Usher thing

    <Rant>
    Seriously though, they say that you're doing something right when people start hating on you, and accusing of things for no good reason (yes, Usher). If you're on the juice, thank your supplier for quality kit. If you're not on juice, thank God and your parent for your good genes. Either ways, thank yourself once in a while for the commitment that you've shown in the gym.

    Next time you're lifting, think about those losers calling you names. Think of every bad work you've ever been called, of all the pain and disappointment that you've ever had. Get yourself a-raging and all psyched-up. Then lift like a monster. Scream like a banshee and lift them weights. And when the pencil-necks quake in their boots and soil their pants at the ferocity of your workout, turn round and tell them, "this right here, is how muscles are made"

    Only Losers spend their time in the gym looking at others. Some of us don't have time for that.

    gear or no gear....you still have to haul your ass to the gym and watch what you are eating, abstane from the booze, its still hard work you just have an edge....i used to think, steroid heads too....but i got to know people in the trade and why its an integral part of their training, now i accept everyone has the right to make their own mistakes, just stay safe....those horror stories you here are over the top and normally only happen to those who do not take adequate precautions and do their own research...
    WE DONT CONDONE THE USE OF ILLEGAL STEROIDS HERE WE JUST ADVISE PEOPLE HOW TO USE THEM SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY....FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.....

    It's a real gut check to compete and do well, people think it's easy but its really one of the most difficult things to do, not just physically but mentally . When i was prepping for my last show my workout partner was going to do the show with me in a different class but by the time it came down to a month out he hadn't changed in look at all because he didn't take the diet and nutrition part seriously so he dropped out of the comp.

    train hard and let them be jealous. the worst thing that could happen is that you drown in their tears of envy.

    I share the same thoughts as everyone else has shared...Forget the haters, and do what you do best.

    If you achieved those type of results to be accused before you started with 'the gear' then count your genetic blessings while your accusers continue making excuses for their poor physiques.

    There is no substitution for hard work and nutrition. Until they understand that, they probably won't put in hard enough work to see drastic results.

    It is amazing how far the body can go when you push it there, with or without gear. There will always be someone standing around giving you NO Credit no matter which way you go, so do what you feel is necessary to reach your goals.

    Put your head down and go to work
