I want to start a clen/cytomel cycle but not sure how much I should take and for how long, and with or without food...etc. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I am 5'6 and weigh 150lbs. I don't normally get any side effects from ephedrine so maybe I should have slightly higher doses. I want to lose about 20lbs. THANKS!!!
