Okay-- I am ging to log my experience with the product stemulite--- They make some outragious claims of stimulating new cellular growth for muscle tissue-- and better sleep and sense of well being... I ordered the stuff after reading many people speculate on the merits of this prodect.. but I couldn't find a log with it---

I will be starting with the advised dosage Monday June 16th and will log my whole experience in hope of either supporting or calling these guys out on this product:

I have been lifting for over 20 years.. and will be doing my same routine--eating, sleep and exercise...

My intentions are good here so any advice on log keeping is welcome--
