Megace(megestrol acetate) is a great appetite stimulant. It will literally break your piggy bank from buying groceries. Granted it is a female horomone,but it's in such a low dose it absolutely will not cause any unwanted side-effects.

Someone mentioned Periactin. Very good also but tends to make me very groggy and ill tempered.
