Bro,
Take a week off then totally change your workout routine. Keep the same schedule, just alternate the different parts of the muscle being worked. If you have been starting with flat bench, start with inclines etc. Change things up a bit. Get most of your nutrients from whole food. Try some IGF. I hit a plateau a while back and did this, now I'm back on track. Only running the IGF presently.
