Week6 Day1 (sorry i forgot to keep logging) -

Week 6 man!!
The shots i'm doing are going alternate thighs, i really can't be bothered to reach around to my ass lol The soreness is very managable now.
Somethings definately going on now, i can notice a steady higher strength level in all departements now, i'm still holding back a bit too! I know Test isn't ment to be a fat-burn aid but this cycle and diet combo is making a difference. Girl in the gym today did a double-take when i walked in, she said i'd lost quite a bit of weight. But i haven't in fact i've put it on. It's the shape i guess, my guts flattening out which is nice.
So anyhow my weight this week is up again, i'm to 12st 10lbs thats about 180lbs? Ok so i'm only up 2-3lbs here but i'm really happy with this. I dieted down from 13 1/2 stone precycle, i liked the weight group TBH but it was all the wrong shape. So praps 13 1/2 is a sort of a target for me this cycle.. we'll see.
My lagging lags are pissing me off so i hammered out plenty of deads on top of the usual. Now i have to improve my grip coz my mitts can't hold what i can lift lol
