Hmmm.. sounds like a real fun way to dehydrate. Not.
Give you stomach a favour Ulti, drop both for a while.
Lazyness and tiredness comes from avoiding exercise - it's a cycle some people can't get off - when you do some exercise (paradoxically, it sounds) your energy levels actually go UP. Weight and water levels stabalise, so no need for laxatives, and you will feel happier. Only the 1st couple of weeks will you feel exhausted by some exercise but even then, when you get home after a brisk walk or jog etc, you will feel much better about yourself.
Give yourself a new challenge Ulti. Tell us what you want to be like / achieve, what you're like now (be honest) and the good folk here at TW.com can really help you make a realistic plan. You could start by binning the beer until you know you've really earnt it.
