so as you can see, im rotating muscles, not overtrain'n any group, cuz im only hittn that particular muscle once a week(6days rest which trust me i need).. but Im really really intense! hard core heavy training for that bulk............ I get awesome pumps !!

Im currently on sustanon and deca (4th-wk now)... Im takin @500mg sust/wk and @300 deca/wk..

Im eating lots of meats wow.... really and eating 4X a day..

I honestly sleep at the least 9hrs a night... @10-12hrs really
but for some reason.. idk.. i just am not seeing the results that I desire... Im currently only workn 2days/wk and have no school for summer..... so I have lots of time and Im using it all around the clock... eat - sleep - train!

lol...... so the Question is... whats the advice here. and should i use GH's.. will they take me to next level... I wanna gain 20 more lbs.. and uno, reach that peak!

HGH is very slow to see results, it's a great addition to any AAS cycle, if you using it for more of a fat burner 2ius is good, but if your using to add new muscle cells, good results 4iu and up is reconmended and for at least 6 months
