Advice guys.. ! -

ok well i really want to get big(bulk).. for the last yr, i ben workn on it hard and came from 160 to now 195 (5'9") currently w/ use of roids, diet, training, etc...
Ok but now, Its like i hit a platou or sotin.. Im tellin you, Im training for bulk with heavy weights! and i dont leave the gym till its totally complete for that days muscle..
M-chest
T-arms
W-OFF/ABS
T-shoulders
F-Back
Sat&Sun-LEGS, abs, chill...
so as you can see, im rotating muscles, not overtrain'n any group, cuz im only hittn that particular muscle once a week(6days rest which trust me i need).. but Im really really intense! hard core heavy training for that bulk............ I get awesome pumps !!
Im currently on sustanon and deca (4th-wk now)... Im takin @500mg sust/wk and @300 deca/wk..
Im eating lots of meats wow.... really and eating 4X a day..
I honestly sleep at the least 9hrs a night... @10-12hrs really
but for some reason.. idk.. i just am not seeing the results that I desire... Im currently only workn 2days/wk and have no school for summer..... so I have lots of time and Im using it all around the clock... eat - sleep - train!
lol...... so the Question is... whats the advice here. and should i use GH's.. will they take me to next level... I wanna gain 20 more lbs.. and uno, reach that peak!
