Whats up guys... its been awhile.
Got some pics taken about 1.5 weeks ago... theyre decent to critique me on... i'm never satisfied with them. This was a little more than half-way through the cycle. I still have over a month left. I'm really enjoying it, and I've capped off at about 190 lbs, although I'd like to trim about 5 more off and get reallly lean before the winter bulking. I need to work on abs more. Cardio is IN check, I run near every morning for 45 minutes before eating anything, and then come in to a nice bowl of whole wheat oats and 45 grams of egg white powder protein mixed in with it. Great way to start off your mornings. Lifting around 3-4 pm. Optimal diet still, and I'm taking less test and equapoise than I initially was, test still e4d, and now the equapoise is e4d instead of monday and thursday so its 350 mg.wk instead of 400. I mean less test in that I usually pull .9 mL through or a little less. I feel like less roids and more diet = ultimate results, and I don't want to "count on" the steroids to do the work.... enjoy
