The gym I go to is like Globo Gym in the movie Dodge Ball. It's the nicest and cleanest gym in town. They have physical therapist on hand with an upstairs track, sauna, all brand new hammer strength equipment and their dumbells go up to 180's. I just look at those and lift them in my mind.. There are bodybuilders, powerlifters, and of course women that like to just talk and try to pick up guys. It's busy year round because they actually have people there that care about their health unlike those new year resolutionist that make goal and quit after they get started for a couple of weeks.
