interval training for running or swimming at a decent pace...thats what ilike to do, if i ever need to get lean quickly, il jump on a clean diet, mainly porridge and protein whey mix, with lots of chicken/fish.....and start training full body 3x week, and it drops off me with the added cardio 2-3x each week, usually swimming post workout or on active rest days....
