Mexican food.... and I mean a huge freakin plate. If I'm gonna cheat, I want to make it worth it.
IE: 3 or 4 Beef Tacos with cheese, salsa and Guac. 3 or 4 Beef Red Chile Enciladas, some Chile Rellenos and Tamales, Refried Beans with Cheese... I want it all!
