I love IGF - you can tell real quick if the IGF you have is legit or not.

I prefer to pin it in the working muscles through the day - then hit the weights. Some of the most intense pumps have been down to IGF - if pinned before working out, 3 hours +, you would get an increase in strength in the pinned muscle and the pumps are incredible..

there are a few different protocols out there for running IGF - find which works best for you, but at the end of the day IGF is active in your system for around 17 hours so its going to do its stuff no matter what

As for localized growth... there is definitely research that proves this does happen. Not as prominent as we would like it to be but if definitely works.
