false...its still possible to over train whilst using steroids bro...even more so if you really feel that mental edge...i wanna hit it hard all the time when im ON, you just have to remember to allow for sufficient recovery, diet and rest are key to growth....especially when using AAS, having said that you could get away with training more frequently.....
i dont train the typical bodyuilding way.... i prefer to train compound only or a handfull of movements in a session, not quite full body but somewhere in the middle, i try mix it up, but usually find i have great results training on a 3way split 3-4 times a week...
i have just finished 3 weeks of full body, now im doing 3 weeks of upper/lower, then il take a few days out and im either going push/pull/lower or im gonna give body part training a go for a change...
i usually agree that training large amounts of muscle mass and compound exercises is the best way to go when training for size/strength....but thats just my opinion...
