I've found it best to be run at the beginning of longer cycles (16-20+weeks). I also have seen the best gains running pegMGF with it. I shoot the pegMGF 24 hours prior into the muscle group i'm working out then shoot my GH immediately PWO, 20 mins later shoot my IGF and then slam my drink.
Make sure you get the lyophilized version and do not get pre-mixed IGF. It's hit or miss with the pre-mixed and I've never had a problem with the lyophilized.
