LOL Ok ok.. I knew i was fine, i had to go with 2 shots coz i really was moving too much. Didn't think i'd f!cked up but you'd have a laugh if you watched me  .
Stuupid really as i've given many many IM jabs over the years. But twisting round to look at my own butt and doing it with 1 hand... i'll get better haha
Today i feel like i've had a sharp kick up the behind.
And it's all goood
