im 21 5.8 177 lbs. i go to the gym at least 3 times a week and do at least 30-45 min cardio ( runing, walking, jump rope, rowing, bicycle ) i switch em every 50 calories cuz im werid and go bored fast. i did the BF today and im at 14% id like to get downt o 10 or lower.
