Hey I just realized I haven't posted in awhile... I'll keep it up better. I've now lost an overall 14 lbs, I weigh 191! I weighed this before I started lifting weights over 2 1/2 yeats ago, and never since! However my strength has increased and my vascularity has gotten better than ever before. I'm DB pressing 15 lbs more than before my cycle, with 4-6 reps.

Diet is still being maintained especially well, sometimes I don't have time to eat perfect, so I will sacrifice the meal until I can eat it right. This only happens at school etc, not normally. If this happens I will do extra cardio that day, for multiple reasons. I feel if I don't eat as much, my body will not work as hard to metabolize the food; therefore it will slow down if I don't manually speed it up.

This is only my fourth week, so I'm very encouraged. I will get sad around 6-8 weeks when it really kicks in, b/c that's over 1/2 way! Dieting right does make you feel good eventually. Good luck to all....

PS. I will try to take pics today. There is a big diff already when I look at my initial pics and then my current self.
