opionon. P90x seems to be a great program and probably is if followed correctly with a good diet. But as for bulking, I wouldnt think you'd bulk much off of a program like that. You would most likely gain strength, and stamina and see some gains, but I wouldnt think you'd pack on the pounds. But, Im not a bodybuilder and I dont train like one. And I think the program is around 100usd to buy, use that money on a gym, post a workout routine and your diet and let some of the expeirenced members critique it, and do work! IMO.
