Try to pre-cook some meals and put them in a cooler. You can also take a gallon of water, a protein shaker, and some protein powder with you so you can make a quick protein shake when you need some. Another thing to do is add some oatmeal to your protein shakes to give you some clean complex carbs. Not the tastiest thing but at least your getting in good calories. Just a thought.
