get some glutamine peptide, make sure its the peptide bonded one, take 3b4 ur workout like 1hr b4 then 3 after then 3 at sleep, betcha you wont get sore and youll be able to keep going longer cuase u wont get that burn cant do no more feeling,,,weird stuff never been sore ever when i take that stuff, gave some to my girl durin her leg workouts once, she MADE sure she had them everytime after that, we call em " no hurt pills "
