I take 2 tabs when i eat. 1 before gym and 1 after. They are white tablets. I drink about two gallons of water. Im on a lean diet with cheat days. Man superdrol will give you some insane headaches, well maybe its because my body is still adapting but it will give u headaches.
edit: Superdrol will also raise your heart beat. I had sex last night 30 mins after i took 1 tab and i couldnt last more then 4 mins while on superdrol
