true dat demon there were a few case studies of people using creatine drinking coffee and getting blood in there urine they are a bad combo great advice demon. I would just throw the creatine away all together. As far as the stanoplex goes. I personally am lost here what are you goals from this cycle i mean it is kinda of all over the place. Personally i think winny and var are better together i would just run the T-bol out by itself.
