i would first start taking about 40-50mg of t-bol every day spread out over the day. You can read my journal in th axio feed back area titled Turanaplex. As far as the creatine goes you will see very little water retention from the t-bol more a defining drug with attributes such as harding your muscles and giving you good strength gains. I would save the creatine till after your PCT. I personaly don't like creatine it is very similar to
D-bol it blows you up then you piss it all out. But i would for sure up your daily doesage to 40-50mg each day.
