Well I am glad to hear you dropped the T3 product, I think you made a wise decision there...
Something I found that works really great for late night hunger and can be integrated into your diet and cycle with excellent results is "Casein". I use it myself, it is called Gold Standard 100% Casein powder. That particular product also comes with a great variety of BCAA's. Use 1 scoop in a late night protein milkshake and goodbye hunger, plus it only has 110 good calories...
Only use 1 scoop though, once I put 2 scoops in my shake and I felt like a blotted tick...
By adding Casein powder you should be full all the way until the next morning...
On A Side Note: Let me know how you feel about the Sustaplex 325 after you have used it for a while, because I've heard mixed reviews about it....
