I have only lost may be 3 lbs in like 3-4 strong weeks of cutting - last week I followed tri's plan almost to the T. I have a tiny bit of PB once in a wile and snack on celery. insted of having 3 scoops of whea for 75 g of p for my slams I only have 2 because of the callorie count - either way im gettin more than 240 g of protein a day and I weigh 195. I can see streach marks around my stomache which leads me to believe im loosin the fat and gaining a lill bit of muscle. ill probably take a few pics in 2 more weeks.
Any opinions on a sort of cutting cycle that I can venture into? I did take dnp for a week and didnt really feel anything from it - I am thinkin about going with clen and t3 in another month or so but I want to see what other people think. id like to keep liftin heavy and keep gains but loose as much fat as possible.
