Unfortunatly I can't do cardio in the morning - I really want to but right now only sat and sunday I can. I make up for it by doing 30 - 45 min of slow cardio at night b4 bed.
okay as far as the veggies go that is fine they are good for you and most veggies burn alot of calories diegesting. as far as the protien carb slam and carnitine that needs to be taken the second you wake up followed by breakfast 30 mins later but no sooner unless absolutly neccasary. keep us posted
