Century Routine (aka pure hell) - 03-10-2008

This is my variation of a killer routine i heard about through a friend. It is extremely painful and as a result extremely effective for jumpstarting new growth if your body has become accustomed to the same old training. You will achieve unbelivable results if using with Humalog, IGF-!, and test while on the program. you can expect at least 5-10lbs of extra slab on the physique after a few rounds of this even if u have been running test non-stop for years.

entire body split up into 2 days of training.

each set is 100 reps. (you will have to pause after about 60 if done right, but only pause for a few seconds when u need to , i know it hurts)

2 days on, 2 days off for 3 weeks, then discontinue until you hit another pleatau in your normal routine.

day 1
front squats
leg presses
hamstring curls
seated calf raises
standing calf raises

military press
seated lateral raises
rear-delt raises (laying face down on incline bench)

triceps pushdowns
tricep extensions (campered bar)
tricep kickbacks

GO HOME AND CRY!

day 2
incline bench press
flat dumbell press
pec dec

barbell row
dumbell row
seated cable row

bicep curl (campered bar)
dumbell curl
hammer curl

wrist curl
reverse wrist curl

GO HOME AND CRY!

if you can still function after 2 days of hell, i gotta give u props (most wont make the full 3 weeks). this is the most painful routine i have ever done.
