Getting married in 5 months and need to look shredded! - 03-09-2008

K so I popped the question, she said YES and now we set a date. We are shooting for 8/8/08 which we thought would be kindof cool.

Anyway, I need to design a diet that will help me burn off a bunch of fat. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is, or what my lean body mass is either. How do I determine these?

Right now, I am about 225 lbs and 5'9". I am fairly lean from the chest up, and the legs down, but its that damn midsection thats killing me. I have bass (back and ass that connect) and quite a bit of chub around my abs.

I figure that I need to eat 6-7 meals a day (which i already do) but need to clean it up a bit.

How would I go about figuring out how many calories, carbs, protein, and good fats I should reduce to per meal? Is there a formula for this?

Thanks in advance for the help fellas. I want to make my new bride to be drooling on our honeymoon!
