Did my first pin (about an hour ago) in my quad of Testaplex E 250. Did 1ml with a 22 guage, 1.5inch needle and man does it ache! As I was putting the pin in, my quad muscle twitched and tightened a bit......not helping my already anxious situation! All went well though. I aspirated and proceeded to inject slowly. Looking forward to my next workout.......but not my next pin!! Any suggestions to avoid the muscle ache are appreciated!! Smaller diameter pin??

The plan is 250mg every Friday and Monday for 10 weeks. I have Arimiplex on hand and Clomid for my PCT.

Currently, I'm 5'4", 150lbs between 8-10% BF. Looking for some good mass. I'll keep you guys posted.
