At the mo im taking it as i workout on the basis that, my workout time is aprox. 1hr and a 1/2. Once started if i waited to the end of the workout to have it, i would already be 1 1/2 hrs into my protein intake (2hr) window for my first exercise I did. And combined with digestion time, i might miss the window altogether. So for this reason i do during.
Peoples thoughts/opinions please.

you can take it at all 3 times, 1hr before (high carb shake), during if you wish, but take a protein "drink" not the milky shake, I use to mix gatorade with my protien, and after, take a shake to fit your goals. This is best if you have long training sessions, eitherwise your protien intake should cover what you use at the gym.
