I have decided to go with the oral stack of Tbol and Var. I was wondering what kind of diet I should follow? Also does the Var make a huge difference or will tbol
do the trick on it's own? I am 5'10" and weigh 185lbs BF 14. I want to lean up and add some quality muscle. Please advise.
